About Us 
Karin Beers: Karin, our rose amongst the thorns, is our highly capable bookkeeper. Born and raised with the precise organization skills her German heritage is famous for, she keeps the shop running like a Swiss watch. Karin has a background in automotive service writing and in bookkeeping but her passion is in photography where she holds a Fine Arts degree.
Jason Kemp: Jason is our engine performance expert. He is proficient in fabrication, custom engine management, and producing large horsepower numbers. For Jason, if your horsepower isn't a four-digit expression, you're just not talking his language. He is involved with several race teams and is nationally and internationally known for his expertise. He has dealership experience with Honda, Toyota, and Saturn. He has managed auto shops, built them from scratch, and is a graduate of the Toyota T-ten program. If Jason can't fix it nobody can. Jason holds ASE Master Technician certifications.
Tyler Seawright: Tyler, aka 'the Disco kid', is a graduate of the Wyoming Technical Institute - one of the country's best automotive technician training centers. Tyler apprenticed under a nationally acclaimed GM technician at a GMC dealership specializing in trucks. Tyler has a passion for diagnostics and chassis building and is our resident truck expert with a real skill for Land Rovers. Tyler holds ASE Master Technician certifications.
Damian Shaw: Damian started wrenching in the early 90's working under one of Canada's most respected European technicians who 'moonlighted' as a Physics professor. That business had a real reputation for looking after its customers and was the inspiration for the name "Integrity First". Also a software engineer, Damian holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Philosophy - a skill set he uses everyday in the complex diagnostic process of advanced European vehicles. Damian founded Integrity First Automotive in 2003 and holds ASE Master Technician certifications
